  To the Editors: We report an interesting case of a patient with a metastasis of renal cell carcinoma clear cell type to the gallbladder, 5 years after a nephrectomy was performed. A 44-year-old patient admitted in our hospital with right upper abdominal pain was diagnosed with cholelithiasis and chronic cholecystitis and he underwent a cholecystectomy.
